COURSE OVERVIEW
The main goal of this workshop is to help participants understand the importance of their roles as a supervisor/manager; their responsibilities of developing their staff and managing their performance; and the qualities of being an effective supervisor.
This is a practical course for supervisors/managers who want to develop the skills of achieving results in their management of people and performance.
