Course Overview

This 4-day course  + 0.5 day exam provides a management-level update on ITIL V3. It covers those things that are new at ITIL V3 and those things that have significantly changed since ITIL V2. It will prepare students for the ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Expert examination –and successful candidates will be awarded the new ITIL V3 Expert.

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:

• Gain a good management-level understanding of the ITIL V3, including all aspects of the ITSM lifecycle
• Gain the knowledge necessary to prepare for the “ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Expert” examination from EXIN, ISEB or APM Group

Prerequisite

Candidates must already hold the Manager Certificate in IT Service Management U8687/8s

Audience

Holders of an existing Manager’s certificate in IT Service Management, who wish to update their skills and knowledge to ITIL V3, and obtain the ITIL EXPERT
